I worked with PROXIMUM for a first Conference of Physical Therapists, which was to take place in person in September 2020 but with limited attendance because of COVID. Using the VIMEET virtual event platform, I was able to offer my client a HYBRID and in-person event with a LIVE audience at the conference and a remote audience on the platform attending the numerous breakout sessions and workshops and making B2B appointments with suppliers.

Several positive points: -Increased audience: from a maximum of 350 people in the venue selected for the conference, the contribution of digital technology made it possible to reach more than 800 physical therapists in a paid version. -Thanks to the replays accessible from the platform, the organiser could keep his event alive for longer and generate additional revenue from the content that he would not have had without this technical support. -The exhibitors, solution providers, were able to take advantage of the opportunity to promote themselves on the platform and to make appointments with physical therapists, future clients for their solutions or services.

This is the third time we have called on Proximum’s world-leading services for the organisation of our “Ceramic Network” BtoB event – rather special organisation, full of changes, given the context in 2020… Proximum’s teams were very responsive, as the event had to switch to 100% online in less than a week. We were given good advice, support and relevant suggestions for making this edition a success despite the new format.
