We organized in a very short time, a virtual job dating for our students on the ViMeet platform. In use, we were able to discover the quality of the tool but especially the quality of the follow-up that allowed the success of the operation. Since 2008 PROXIMUM has been supporting the Association of Carnot Institutes for the organisation of the Carnot Meetings, the research and development fair for companies, which brings together 2,700 participants each year with 11,000 business meetings held over two days. PROXIMUM has taken advantage of its extensive experience in organising business conventions to develop Vimeet, which has been at the heart of the Carnot Rendezvous since 2017. This tool is enriched each year with new features. Paper calendars have given way to smart phone calendars, badge and attendance management has been integrated into Vimeet allowing for greater fluid access and in 2020 the event could easily switch to a 100% online edition with easy video connection for each appointment and hosting conferences and Pitchs. We have for each edition a very high level of satisfaction of participants on the quality of their appointment. In 2019 95.6% of companies identified new partners. What we appreciate at PROXIMUM is the total transparency that allows us to know the exact situation at all stages of the organization of the event.

We were looking for a platform that could meet both our need related to the upstream organization of our event (website, registration management etc.) the broadcast of our various live formats on D-Day (conferences, digital workshops, webinars) as well as the management of the BtoB RDV networking part in 100% digital. We have exceeded all our registration and participation goals! Quality, and fluidity related to the use of the platform are the feedback we have had from our participants! I worked with PROXIMUM for a 1st Congress of physiotherapists that was to take place in September 2020 face-to-face but with limited gauge because of Covid. Thanks to the contribution of the VIMEET platform I was able to offer my client a HYBRID event with a LIVE audience on the congress and a remote audience on the platform attending the many conferences or workshops and being able to make B2B appointments with suppliers. Several positives: > Increase in audience: from 350 people max in the place selected for the Congress, the contribution of digital technology has made it possible to reach more than 800 physiotherapists in paid version > Thanks to the replays accessible from the platform, the organizer was also able to make his event live longer and generate additional income that he would not have had without this technical contribution. > Exhibitors, solution providers, were able to appreciate the possibility of valuing themselves on the platform and being able to make appointments with physiotherapists, future customers of their solutions or services
